Whether you want to ride through parks, historic avenues, or art-filled neighborhoods, renting a bike gives you freedom, flexibility, and a safe way to move around the city. All our bicycles include a helmet, lock, and WhatsApp support during your ride.

PAYMENT METHODS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• We accept: USD, Euro, Brazilian Reais, PIX, USDT, Bitcoin, debit and credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
• Payment must be made in advance at the time of rental.
• Security deposit: you must present an original and valid personal document (ID, passport, or driver’s license). For regular bicycles, you may also choose to leave 200 USD in cash or the equivalent amount in Argentine pesos (ARS).
• It is mandatory to lock the bicycle through the frame using the provided lock in closed, indoor car parking facilities (covered or monitored). Leaving or locking the bicycle on the street or in public areas is strictly prohibited. If no closed parking facility is reasonably available, the bicycle must be locked securely, within sight, and in a clearly visible and safe location. Failure to comply makes the LESSEE fully responsible for any resulting theft or loss.

TECHNICAL ISSUES:
We do not offer a rescue service. In case of any inconvenience, the guest must follow one of the following steps:
A. Contact us via WhatsApp (+54 9 11 5524-7284) and go to the branch we indicate to exchange the bicycle at no additional cost.
The best transportation options are the subway or train.
B. Repair the issue at any bike shop. The repair cost is the guest’s responsibility.
C. Secure the bicycle in a car parking lot, contact us via WhatsApp (+54 9 11 5524-7284), and bring us the key.
